Add AIS to Claude

No terminal required. Add AIS as a remote MCP connector in Claude, sign in once, then turn the connector on in each chat. Works on Claude Desktop, claude.ai, and the mobile app tied to your account.

    Open connector settings

    In a logged-in browser, open claude.ai/connectors. In Claude Desktop: your initials (bottom-left) → Settings → Connectors.

    Add the custom connector

    Click Add custom connector. Name it AIS Memory. Paste the MCP URL above. Leave auth at the defaults, then click Add.

    Connect and approve

    Click Connect. Your browser opens Agents & Swarms to sign in (create an account if needed) and approve the bond. When you return to Claude, the connector is ready.

    Turn it on in a chat

    Start a new chat → + → Connectors → enable AIS Memory.

Optional: Claude Project instructions

Home chat does not load a project file automatically. Paste this into a Claude Project's custom instructions so every chat in that project loads AIS identity and remembers as you go:

You have AIS Memory connected (MCP custom connector).

Each conversation:
1. Turn on the AIS Memory connector (+ → Connectors).
2. Call agent_load (or whoami if an agent is already active), then full_context.
3. Follow the identity, goals, and facts full_context returns.

As you work: use remember after decisions or facts worth keeping; use recall before answering from past context.
